REGISTRATION

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept credit card payment online with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

If you need to pay by ACH, wire transfer, or check, please reach out to events@buildwitt.com prior to starting your registration so we can send you a special link to register that bypasses the credit card requirement.

How do I register a group?

To register a group, you have two options. (1) Have them all register individually, or (2)  have one person register and choose to purchase Additional Summit 2026 Tickets towards the end of the registration process.

If you choose the Additional Summit 2026 Ticket option, once your registration is complete, we will email you a company-specific discount code that you can use when you are ready to register the rest of your team. You can even forward the email with the discount code and link to the individuals you want to come and let them register themselves.

When will I receive confirmation of my registration?

You will receive a confirmation email for your event registration when you register. If you do not receive it, check your spam filter. Still don’t see it? Our event registration team would be happy to help! You can reach them at events@buildwitt.com.

What if I’d like to modify my registration?

To modify your registration, you can use the link in your confirmation email or click on the Already Registered? link at the top of the website below the REGISTER NOW button.

Can I send a substitute in my place?

Absolutely! Please email events@buildwitt.com with the original attendee’s name and the following information for the new attendee:

• Name
• Title
• Email
• Mobile Number (To send a link for the event app and to contact them regarding their registration. This information will NOT be shared.)

How do I cancel a registration?

If you need to cancel, please contact events@buildwitt.com for assistance. The following cancellation fees will apply:

Note: Any cancellations after September 7th, 2026 are non-refundable. You do have the option to transfer your registration to another person.

JOHN DEERE TRAINING CENTER EVENT

How do I register for the John Deere Training Center event?

To register yourself, you can select the session when signing up or modifying your registration by selecting the session on the 4th page of the registration process (Personalize Your Schedule).

If you purchased tickets for a group, modify your registration, and on the 5th page of the registration process (Additional Items) select the number of Additional John Deere Training Center Passes you need. If you have already purchased some and need to add more, this should be the total number you need, not just the ones you are adding. We’ll only charge you for the additional ones at the end.

HOTEL & TRAVEL

How do I book a hotel room? And, is it included in my registration?

Hotel rooms are not provided and will need to be booked by the individual or company attending the event.

Our room blocks are valid for Saturday, Nov 7 - Thu, Nov 12 and subject to availability. To ensure only attendees are utilizing our group rate, the reservation links will only be sent out in the registration confirmation emails. Please refer to your registration confirmation email for the hotel links or reach out to events@buildwitt.com.
